Additional Links Now Appearing in Google Results

I've noticed lately that Google is displaying more page links in a single result in addition to the usual main blue link at the top. For example, do a G search on IBM or Microsoft; below the "Cached - Similar pages" links now appear additional page links.

Are these being generated from a google sitemap file? If you roll over them or right-click properties, you'll see within the url "oi=smap".

Also I've noticied that this is only occuring in 1st result on the page, and so far, only when you search on a company name rather than their service or product.

Any thoughts on how to acheive this or control which links are displayed?
