What Would Google Think about this Linking Structure

Site A to B: Instead of ROS, Make Each Link Point to a Different Page on Site B

I have been reading many threads to learn more about how to set up links for my sites.

From what I gather, search engines look at pages individually and give them an separate listing so:

Just out of interest, let's say I have 50 pages on site A, and those 50 pages link independantly to 50 different pages on site B (meaning that each page on Site B has just one incoming link, each from a different page of Site A).

Is this still seen by Google in the same light as 50 pages of Site A all linking to the home page of Site B?

Hope that makes sense.

:)
