With the new Jagger 3 update I see some of the sites that vanished on 22 sept back into the SERPS. The traffic to one of my websites(that dissapeared from Google on 22 sept) has tripled yesterday and today. I can only see it back where it should be on some datacenters...not all.

Has anyone noticed the same thing? Is it possible that Jagger 3 will make some of the filtered sites resurface?
