Reinclusion in google after been removed from the Index

how long does it take to reindex once it is removed

One of my clients sites was removed from the index for hidden text. I went to the reinclusion form and did it couple of weeks ago. It is almost two weeks now my clinets website has not be reindexed yet.

Have anyone any idea when how long it takes for reinclusion. Also once reindexed will the SERPs will be the same.

Please throw some light one this.
