I've been seeing this quite often now with Googlebot showing two /'s in the pages it's crawling. Oddly enough it leads to a valid page when tried as it does on other sites (try a CNN article for instance and add an extra / in the URL between folders . . . generally pulls up fine). Is this going to somehow lead to a problem (dup filter or something if it indexes two versions)? If so, would there be a way to redirect to avoid this? I can't find anywhere on my site where I am pointing to folders or files with two slashes by mistake.
