Pagerank filtered / two same outbound links?

Having two links the same effect pagerank more than one link?

Does anyone know if pagerank will be effected more by having two outbound links to the same site, rather than one outbound link to the site?

An example is that often a website will have a partner section on the page but also have the same outbound links in the footer.

Would this page loose more pagerank that having just one link or does Google consider it is the same website, so does not do this?

For PR calculation it doesn't matter if there are one or two links to the same page.

How can we know this for sure?

Is it documented somewhere?

You have to verify it, i.e. creating test pages and analyzing the results.

Is it documented somewhere?

No. (As far as I know)
