Some of these were largely discussed.

Have all that changed after Jagger?
What is relevant for google today?

My assumption (just my idea but correct me)

Recirprocal links highly deprecated
Old and big sites preferred
Dmoz listing still very importan (what is a real problem due to poor and manipulated inclusions)
