Does anyone have experience with Google Sitemaps, good or bad? The service has been available for 5 months. Some say a benefit exists if your site is difficult to spider such as a flash site. Some say it increases G's ability to monitor your site for bad behavior. Has creating an XML feed into G sitemaps become part of standard SEO or is it useless?
