My site started get crawled almost every 6 hours according to my stats. It has been almost 2 weeks but google has not indexed my new pages yet. I wonder what would be the approx index time.

No easy answer. It could be next week and it could be next year if you are in the infamous "sandbox" filter that new sites can catch. It's good that you are getting crawled.
