My website 'foobar.com' (with 4,000 pages) was dropped by Google in August, but not 'http://66.100.X.X' (the IP address of the dedicated server). Some weeks ago, I was #1 when searching 'foo bar' (hundreds of links to 'foobar.com'), but now I'm #566.
In addition, other sites, like 'http://othersite.com/go.php?id=12' are redirecting to my website.
Am I punished by Google due to duplicated content?
Which steps must I follow? Thank you very much.
