Looks like Google is trying to be like everyone else and fill their homepage with information. One of my favorite things about Google is the fact that their search page is so clean. I do like the fact that this is an OPTION not something that you have to view. In case you haven't noticed, there's now an option to customize your Google homepage with a small selection of news outlets and you can also add RSS to your page. Wonder how long until they sell advertisements on these customized home pages...
