Google changes my title tag for home page

Depending on search phrase it displays a different title tag in SERPs

Very strange indeed...

For many search strings Google displays a shortened version of my title tag with capital letters on each word rather than what I have in the html.

For example, a search for Jack and Jill's buckets
Shows the full title tag - Jack and Jill's buckets in hilly mountain

a search for Jack and Jill's pails
Shows a shortened version with capital letters - Jack and Jill's Buckets
(note the capital "B" in buckets)

Has anyone else experienced this?
