Does anybody have any ideas about the key w ord density Google prefers. I've read a little bit about it and found a lot of sites that said 3-5% and a couple sites that said never go over 2%.
I found that a number 3 ranked site for a keyword with very high competition had a density of 7%, 11%, and 6.5% for its ke y words.
Does anybody have any suggestions for optimizing density?
