Having thousands of pages dancing around the top 40 since 1999, for the last 3 weeks we are zero.

Not a single listing even under our domain. No information available.

We're a niche directory in an industry of 425,000 people. We have about 15,000 links coming into our site.

According to Google, these real links, are votes and their system is democratic.

We have dozens of directories for our industry we have spent years compiling. But, we also have about 60 high quality tools, products and services.

Yes, we now have many competitors and some of them are pretty good, too.

But banned?

Oh yeah. Google still carries sites advertising our URL & trade name, but directing the traffic to their own competing site, but that is another issue I think.

Contacting Google has been useless and produced no results and only one response.

Please keep replies to expereince and successful counter measure results please.

Thanks
