My site in Google

Do redirects of my site affect me?

Hi,
While playing around on Google checking my various domain names I came across something I found strange. I don't know if it really is a problem or not.
While checking Google for my domain name(www.purplestrippedwidgets.com) I found another site (www.greenandbluewidgets.com) who has a redirect to my site.
An example of the url would be www.greenandbluewidgets.com/@4&*/www.purplestrippedwidgets.com.
What does having a redirect to my site do for them and more importantly, what does it do TO me?
I've lost 95% of my traffic from Google. MSN & Yahoo traffic has stayed the same if not better.
Google still caches my site daily or at least the front page. Yet I still have no traffic from them.
Any information or advice is greatly appreciated.
Thanks for reading this far.

imho - your site was hijacked by the more relevant site

what to do - try to make your new pages with more unique full links to you domain (it's my imho, not more)
