for 1st result in a google search

I just did a search for limewire on google.co.uk and the number 1 result (for limewire.com) had a mini menu of links below the search result e.g Download - Support - Features - About

What do you have to do to achieve this sort of result for your own site?

Does anyone know how this result was achieved? Getting your site links menu on a search result would be very useful.
