Google newbie confused

Noindex pages appearing; Some odd URLs

I have an ecommerce site now thats been up and running for about five months, and I thought I'd see what Google had in its index by trying site:mysite.com.

I got some results which, despite consulting the FAQ on this site and Google, I'm at a loss to explain.

First, I have a bunch of pages with noindex, nofollow, but they're happily appearing in google's index. I thought they shouldn't? There's no cached copy though.

Second, there's a bunch of very odd querystrings. For example, www.mysite.com/Basket?RemoveProduct=123. This would be a URL if you had added prod 123 to your basket, and then clicked the remove button. There's certainly no reference to this url on the site, and I'd be amazed if there was a link to my site with this URL coming from outside. There are a few other instances like this too.

Third, on a seemingly arbritrary basis many of the pages don't have any summary, nor any cached version, and the title is the URL. Other broadly similar pages have the title and description as you'd expect.

Thanks for any pointers.
