Have you got any spyware on your machine?

Run both AdAware and then Spybot search & destroy on your machine just to be sure....

Nope it is clean, as best I can tell it was from google tracked my search terms and the visits to sites from the serps. It has since gone lasted several hours. I found it interesting.

Are you running Google desktop? I think it tracks this.

No but I do have the toolbar loaded.

I started getting these after using Google Search History, which turns on every time I log in to Google Sitemaps or Gmail.

Gave me the hillies the first time I saw it, but the date is just the last time you did that exact search and clicked that exact listing i Google's SERPs.
