Duplicated lists

Hi, I have created a site selling digital widgets.

I have written a number of product reviews myself, however I am using "feature" lists from Amazon as I sell via them.

Would using their feature lists be classed as duplicate content?

After all a list in the form:-

Feature one
feature two
feature three

Etc is pretty hard to change?
