I searched Google for katrina, and mid-way down the natural serps was a horizontal line, followed by 'See results for: katrina kaif', & listing 3 results for the new term, followed by another horizontal line, and then they were back to the regularly scheduled serps. (Perhaps soon it will be 'See results for: katrina hurricane')
Altavista had this years ago, but not embedded within the results. Is this new - anyone else seeing this?
