New feature: part of sites navigation in SERPS

As of today I am seeing a new feature: searching for popular one word terms the 1st result shows part (3 or 4 links) of the result site's navigation.

Has anyone details about this? My site is 1st for some keywords, it would be interesting to know how to determine which links will appear.

My site is doing that too! I think it's sweet.

Here's what it basically looks like:

--
Title of Document That Is Returned
Summary here about the document, the usual blah blah that Google shows under a result.
[thedomain.com...] - 50K - etc..
News Browser - Community
Join the other 40,000 members on [site name]

PM me if you want to see my real-life example, but I think that is just AWESOME! Anybody else getting it for their sites?

Yeah - I noticed it last week:

It looked like it was in testing because the SERPs weren't always showing the links. I've been seeing it a lot more over the past few days.
