We want to build a relationship with a website and the scenario to work like this:

Our site --> A site wide outbound link to a partner's website but to a page located within the partners domain that looks just like OUR own website. It uses OUR headers, footers and absolute paths pointing to our server for the graphics, style sheets, etc..

Partner/Reciprocating Site -- Site wide outbound link back to our website but to a page located within our domain that looks just like the partner's website. It uses THEIR headers, footers and absolute paths pointing to their server for graphics, style sheets, etc..

Esentially, it's a co-branding strategy, but employing a site wide text link strategy, so both sites can maintain a seamless user experience while reaping the benefit of an outbound, run-of-site text link.

Would Google interpret a page that mirrored our site within the partner's domain (content and look and feel) as duplicate? We would just be setting up one page at both our respective domains.

Feedback and thoughts are appreciated.

Thanks
