I have a very basic question. I have always heard that more pages you have on your site and in Google's database better it is (I believe this is Page saturation). So more page saturation is better for rankings. Now here is my dillema, Is it possible that if a site is usine session ID's, and every time Googlebot comes to the site it finds a new session ID appended to the URL and index it as a "new" page. If a site of 200K pages uses session ID's, it can inflate its "page Saturation" to 1 Million pages in couple of months.
Now to me, Page saturation will help only if all the pages are unique and not copies of the same pages with different session IDs. What can be the downside of using session IDs to inflate the Page Saturation? Please help all SEO Experts. Thanks
