The navigation bar near the top of all pages is done in Flash. Is this the problem? Also, there are duplicate HTML navigation links at the bottom of each page, in a text color just slightly lighter than the background (black), the text is not very readable.
Is this a typical case of dynamic pages not getting spidered by Google, and would a separate sitemap page or Google-compliant sitemap file do the trick to get all of the pages indexed? thanks.
First off, from what i've read is that flash links
don't get spidered at all. Secondly, the links you describe are most likely seen as a blackhat seo tactic to hide your links. Spiders will most likely see you are trying to manipulate the engines to get better rankings. And lastly, a spider friendly sitemap will get your pages indexed faster.
My advice is create a good sitemap and don't hide your links in a similar color as your background.
Also, it would be best in my opinion to get rid of your flash navigation and use a spiderable CSS navigation for spider purposes and also if you want the navigational design to look nice.
