Do you see changes here before plain google results?

I'm seeing results from google.nl, google.se and the like in my logs. These are the results I'm aiming for once my changes take place in the google.com results.
Do the SERPs change in other countries sooner than the main google site? How do the other countries fit with different datacenters? Do they have their own?
