Hello!
when i check the number of pages indexed on google using site:-----.com i get each time a different number of result.

last days it was 13.000. today i m having, 6700, and once i refresh the page i get 13.000 again, after a second refresh 6700 again.

i ve done this query with many urls, and i noticed the same phenomen. results are chaging after each refresh, from 10% to 500% ...

Anybody have an idea about this?

The number of results 'guess' is notoriously unreliable.

Also to share the load, Google route each of your requests to one of thousands of servers in several datacentres. They don't all synchronise instantly, so you can get different Google results at the same time.
