I have a site with about 600-800 pages of completely original content, mostly articles, all indexed by Google. The site is updated daily or several times daily and pages are generally indexed within 2-3 days.

About 2 months ago, without giving it much thought, I added an Amazon shop. The intention was to organise within it custom categories and subcats in a different way to the way Amazon does it, since books relevant to my site tend to be scattered willy-nilly in Amazon or else in lists that are too long to be usedful and are thus hard to gather together logically.

I did this, which took quite a lot of time, added many custom reviews, good and bad, in about 25-30 custom categories.

However Google has now indexed over 9000 pages within the store, many of which are of course completely off topic and exactly the same as hundreds of other sites.

Is this likely to trip spam filters and do me harm?
