Isn't the 302 hijack problem fixed?

this is how the 302 hijacks used to appear in the SERP's but I thought this was fixed. Anyone still seeing this?
A URL-only listing would appear to me as a fix, and not a problem because the 302 may be in the index but not being spidered - cached.
Does anyone - I mean anyone still see the classic 302 hijack in the SERP's now?
Why are people still hunting down 302 hijacks?
