My site lost its pr and all rankings overnight. nothing found with the Site: search. We just did a www rewrite 2-3 days ago from all non www within resin since we don't have apache running on the server. Could this cause it? If you go to any page on the site goog still has it cached but the pages are no where to be found We are currently still #1 for our keywords in msn. Yahoo has never really been kind to us. Google has no info for site:www or site: non www. The weird thing is we still have cache for all pages in goog. and the current cache is for today I can't figure this out.. the www version had the pr to begin with.
Please give me some ideas

Well we did a 301 and some page have gone MIA. I took the redirect away and left the old pages to a custom 404. Knee jerk reaction. It is hopefully a google glitch.

The difference between us and you is some pages have no cache at all even though there are a couple 1000 external links pointing at them.

Then again if the 1000's of links are a problem then we have got a penalty. If it spreads to the 30,000 other pages like a cancer then we got 2 years link building down the crapper and the site is worthless. I can beg my adwords rep that the 200k we spent with them deserves a call on the bat phone to the tech team, but I do not want to contimplate that avenue yet as 90% of the site seems to be hanging on at present.

I just can't figure out if its normal to be delisted and still show cache from the day before the redirect was instituted. Anyone know if this is normal? And does cache still show if youre banned?
