One of my websites is almost 6 years old, it has been listed in Dmoz and Dmoz listing is still active, but now its listing in Google Directory has disappeared. Am I banned? Sandboxed? or is this related to Bourbon? please help.

Mine was removed too.

However, I lost my homepage due to the url-removal tool back in Feb and that may have something to do with it.

Google's URL Removal tool is discussed in many threads duing February and March. You'll need to search if you want to read them.

But, basically folks were trying to recover their sites from a possible 302 redirect problem and accidently or unknowingly removed their homepage using this tool. Now the homepages won't be back from 6 months from time of removal.
