Google Results Numbers Much Higher Than the Number of Results

Difference in google SERPS of cache pages than what is shows.

I've a site mysite.com when I try to look for the total cache pages in G, it shows total 400, but don't shows more than 20 results. Why? I understand google doesn't shows all results, but this is a big difference. What can be the cause. Well, I'd like to tell you that recently I've deleted link pages from my sie. Is it due to that?

Is it because the pages are similar in content?

Have you tried to click on "repeat the search with the omitted results included?"
