On site Title and Description are gone

Replaced with Title and Description from Google Directory

I was enjoing the reading for few years but only posted several times a couple of years ago.

Now it seems that I hit the wall and need some help.

This morning I noticed that the title and description of my site in SERPs have changed and Google is now showing the title and description it uses in the Directory.

Furthermore, the cache shows the content of one of my clients' site.

Your advice would be very much appreciated.
