Multiple Domains with different WhoIs on the same server

I had a question about multiple domains in regards to SEO.

I want to point multiple domains to the same server. The content will all be similar in nature (belong to the same category) but with different WhoIs info.

Will Google determine a low ranking in this situation? If so, how do I overcome this problem?
