Old cached page (02-2004) shown by Google

Who and how to contact Google about this

We have bought a URL recently but we now found it was used by the previuos owner to show a page with links.

Google s cached page shows this old page and a cache date of 02/2004.

Other pages within the domain do get an occasional vist from the google bot and do show up in the serps.
But we would really like to get our home page back in the lists since it is a totaly clean and legal homepage with no tricks what so ever.

How can we get Google to update (and rectify)
