Recently ran a 301 of the non-www version of the site to the www version of the site.

Google had indexed all the internal all pages as the non-www version, but had the homepage as the www version.

So I changed it to 301 all non-www pages to www. Now the only page indexed is the homepage. Should I be concerned? Or am I just a deep crawl away from being right back where I was before?
