Google tracking broken?

Im a pretty heavy searcher, and recently all my google search results are going through [google.com...] (instead of a direct link).

What is really infuriating is that while clicking on a link on IE works just fine, if I click on a link in FF, it actually forwards me to [URL-HERE...]

I have looked everywhere for a solution. No spyware on this computer. The links themselves are still going through google. Its just in FF they don't seem to forward correctly.

Anyone have a clue on how I can get rid of this damn tracking and/or how to fix this problem?

Google support gave me no help.
