It appears to me that the premium sponsored slot no longer stretch across 100% of the page, instead the normal adsense ads have moved up page cutting into the premium sponsor slot.

Not seeing it here in the UK (searching for hotels). It may be experimental. Perhaps it is screen width dependant - I'm using 1024.
