How Do I Get Google to List Backlinks Ordered by PageRank?

The "link" command gives me a list of links to a given site or site page. However, there does not seen to be any order to it. Is there any way I can get this list, ordered by page rank?

In other words, if I use the "link" command to get a hundred-off links to my site, to have this list ordered by the PR of the incoming links.

As a separate question, how do the search engines normally order the list (by chronological order, or what)?

They used to be ordered (in G), now most agree they are basically a random sample of incomming links, neither complete or in PR order.
