We are planning on building a site for a client that has two identical sub-menus. Although the contents will very much be the same. One would be represented in Flash whilst the other in HTML. ie www.domainanme.co.uk/flash/somepage.htm and www.domainname.co.uk/html/somepage.htm.
Would this upset Google? Could we be penalised for duplicate data?
Any hints and tips would also be very welcome?
