He use to post once he has an answer or a solution for a specific matter. Lets hope that the folks at Google are still working on the "reinclusion" of sites which were removed by their owners by mistakes.

I wonder what's Google policy about incidentally removed sites. They could just add "reinclude" button in url-console. I can't imagine how could it be abused - but maybe too many removing and inclusions makes it hard for Google to maintain their index integrity? This would be a good reason of making reinclusion so difficult.
