if you simply have the domain for the website to use as a redirect to another URL then you might want to look at services such as zoneedit.com (not sure if i am allowed to advertise them, but oh well)
they basicly take the DNS over for the domain, but the web forwarding that you get with them uses a 302 (i think it was 302, might have been a 301) - although being a free service it can be a bit unreliable and from time to time it takes a few seconds for it to load
