Google Add URL, is it still working?

Anyone else notice the Google Add URL [google.com...] has been down for the past few days? Or is it my computer connection perhaps?

Every time I submit url's it say's file not found. Another oddity is last week it wanted a code (to stop bots) entered but now that need is gone?
