I'm trying to do a site: search, to find 302 redirects or any other nare-do-wells. Trouble is, Google won't display all of the results. Anyone know how to see all of the pages?

You can't. Remember that Google is a search engine as opposed to an SEO tool. No regular search engine user would need to see more than 1000 results so you can see their point.

Good point BeeDeeDubbleU. I have found one way to work around the problem though. I search for something like this:
allintext: "my company name" -site:site-one.com -site:site-two.com -site:site-three.com
This way, I can keep ruling out domains until I am left with a short list.

Was this successful?

Yes, it works for my purposes. I can keep narrowing down the results by removing more domains.
In my case, there are relatively few sites linking to me with a lot of links. It might not work so well for other folks.
