I was fairly confident that linking two versions of a Mambo-based site in the main menu would be ok, but with recently Google wierdness, I'm now not so sure. Is it safe to have a sitewide cross link, linking two sites together (the same site really, different langauges) as in... [.com domain] and [.com.mx domain]

Thanks!

I dont' think this would be any problem Rollo. You can go ahead and link these two sites.

If this was the case, couldn't I just throw a few site-wides up for competitors?

Thanks for the comments...

As for throwing site wides up to sink competators, I was wondering if the source site would be penalized, obviouly target site would be unharmed.

(Though in may case, both sites are both target and source sites).
