I have 3 different cases where Google is refusing to index a site because it thinks the site is a mirror of another site.

Case #1:
Previously, I had a Yahoo store with a domain parked on the Yahoo store. 6 months ago I created an OSCommerce store on that domain. I also added lots of new links, including internal links to the OsCommerce store. Google still doesn't get it.

Case #2:
I have a domain with two "jump links" pointing to it. When I do a site:mysite.com search, all I see is the two jump links on other domains, but not of the pages in my 100+ page site appear, and the site has no page rank. It has been like this for 8 months.

Case #3:
I have some internal pages on a site that are unexpectedly PageRank 7. When I get a cache of the pages, it is a site in another language.

Is google starting to go haywire?
How can I fix these problems?
I have reported them previously, but the only one that was corrected was #3 (recently).
