Back links not being displayed

some of the links to my site are displayed and others are not

googles bot seems to have been busy latly but my links that i have been building (which are all totaly ligitimate and honnest votes) are not being displayed when i type the link feature in the google search. my cached page has changed so i assume that my site is beening updated in thier index. Most of these links have existed well before the new year.

Am i wrong to assume that my links should be visible on every update or does it simply not work like that

and... if i have a pr 5 site linking to mine with a link back to them will the pr5 site pass on its pr to mine? (my site is pr2)
