Now, we do not appear at all.
Speaking to Google results in either a promise to add us back - or a note that the site cannot be crawled and the techies are looking at it.
4 months later and many emails (polite emails) and we are still not back in Google news, and no idea why the site was dropped.
Googles main index scans the site reguarly without problems - so I am trying to find out why the News division would have problems.
I have even offered to "fix" the web site to make it Google friendly, to no avail.
What is even odder, is that News manages to occasionally scan the recruitment pages - but intermittently and with some odd results.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to known problems with News being unable to scan pages that the Search pages can scan - or access to higher powers who can investigate this further.
I am at my wits end now trying to find out what is wrong :(
