Does anybody know where to get a RSS feeder without having to use aggregator?

Could you clarify your question a bit? You can certainly see RSS feeds without an aggregator, but that's just the raw unformatted RSS file. If you're trying to add a feed to a website then a lot of people use JavaScript or other parsing methods to get the text and links out of a feed and onto a page.
