Dynamic Update on Blogger

Running into some trouble dynamically updating a feed I have on blogger.com.

The feed itself is just an XML file sitting on the server unrelated to blogger. I just cut/pasted the title & first paragraph & article url from each post to form the xml page.

So now each time a new post is added, RSS readers of course are not being fed the updates.

What would be the best way to dynamically update the XML file so that each time a new post is added, the correct data is entered in the XML file?
