we run several resort booking web sites. our hotel clients are getting annoyed at having to manage their inventory in as many different back offices as there are online booking systems: ourselves, expedia, venere, hotelclub and many others.
our idea is allow all of these big players xml access to our inventory, meaning the hoteliers have to manage inventory from one place only - our system.
i know this would be possible from an xml point of view, but can anyone tell me whether this is a common procedure for players like expedia? or are they not geared up to allow this?
